Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Bacon and Mushroom @ $4
I can never resist the call of pasta.
Stumbled upon this stall at Bukit Timah Hawker Centre (or commonly referred to as Pei Hwa Market Food Centre to us) while we were there to get lunch one day.
The pasta is quite al dente and though I find that it was a tad too oily, I figured that it was my fault for I would usually ask them to do it with less oil for aglio olio.
But for $4, mai hiam lah hor?
Another good place to have cheap pasta (below $10 that is) is at Koufu Foodcourt at Anchor Point (opposite IKEA). They also serve very good pasta and very affordable prices.
