What do you do when you're frustrated with the company?
You make use of company resources.
I just printed out the first 4 volumes for my CFA test so I can study for it.
This follows from my team meeting this morning. I put in so much effort in thinking about things but all my boss cares about is whether the slides were sent out 2 days before the meeting. And since they weren't, it was obviously my fault.
Never mind that I came up with the entire strategy for the division, I have to fight my case in front of all the senior bosses and I have to do all the thinking.
If my importance is gauged by my ability to send out slides and arrange meetings, then I might as well don't think. Heh.

aiyoh .. xiao doink .. don't let your useless boss who doesn't understand what is good work affect you when he doesn't know how to affirm your contributions. Know that you are doing work and that the mmf is proud of you!
